Hey, I’m Justin

We have brought together an incredible team of Strategic Growth Executives who are dedicated to telling the Atlantic Bay story to prospective mortgage bankers.

About Me

Prior to the mortgage business, I owned a feed store in Southern California. A huge leap for someone who grew up in London. What I loved most about the feed business was advising customers on the best alternatives for their various animals. We sold food for everything, from domestic pets to horses, and even a few monkeys (did you know there’s such a thing as Monkey Chow?) When I was considering a new career path, the non-negotiable was helping people, and what better way to help people than with the largest financial decision of our lives?

I immediately knew Atlantic Bay was the right place for me, and I've learned so much from our amazing leaders since officially joining the team. CEO Brian Holland has taught me the importance of investing in people and creating an environment where everyone can thrive. CLO Emily Farley has inspired me with her passion, enthusiasm, encouragement, and support. And I always try to mirror the entire Strategic Growth Team's endless positivity and awesome presentation of the Atlantic Bay brand.

Thanks to Atlantic Bay's commitment to a healthy work-life balance, I'm able to stay involved with local industry and community outreach programs. I co-host Mastermind Calls to help educate and equip loan officers with the Virginia Mortgage Bankers Association, and I also run a non-profit that supplies material and other basic needs to the Massai community in Tanzania. It's a strong passion of mine that came out of a visit to the country in 2006. We focus on providing water and education to the Longido community's 49 villages.
